McLean, VA, December 06, 2025 – OBXtek was awarded the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). This IDIQ contract has a ceiling value of over $150B and encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility over the next ten (10) years.

March 19th and 20th OBXtek Headquarters hosted the 2025 Leadership Summit in McLean, VA.  The Summit activities began with a message from Senior Leadership and our focus on the organization’s success in 2025.  There were team building activities including building bicycles blindfolded which demonstrated that, if you had someone to help guide you, anything can be accomplished as demonstrated by picture below.  The bicycles were delivered to the Boys and Girls club of the Greater Washington area and Virginia.
