OBXtek selected by GSA to manage their Consolidated Help Desk

OBXtek has been selected by the GSA to manage and enhance their Consolidated Help Desk. Under this contract OBXtek will support the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and program management for the GSA’s ATM, Vendor Support Center, and Advantage Application Groups.

Over the next five years OBXtek, and our partner Unisys, will staff and manage the help desk in support of a large number of GSA applications that include GSA Advantage, eLibrary and the GSA Purchase Order Portal. The project supports GSA operations by addressing questions, issues, and problems encountered by Federal agencies, vendors, and GSA staff.
